CUPOLA Light closure does not require special equipment for rolling thread on unlike the other aluminum caps. The reason for it is "CUPOLA LIGHT" has a fundamentally different innovative closure method! "CUPOLA Light" is sealed with conventional capping heads, which are used for capping Gual type caps for the bottleneck finish KPM-30. The closure simply snaps into place on the bottle and is held in place with a retractable band.
The control of the inner and outer diameter of bottleneck finish is an important factor for the efficient use of the CUPOLA Light. It should correspond to the sizes which is specified in TU 9299-003-77037226-2016 (Appendix B) and deviations in measuring should not be more than 18,8 ± 0,3 mm and 27,7 + 0,2 / -0,3 mm accordingly.
Three sealing rings on the closure cap provides sealing integrity.

The unique design of closure draws attention of customers to the product on shelves. The closure can be painted in various colours due to clients' requests. The decoration is performed by foil stamping on the side and top of the cap.
For the opening the bottle all is needed to do to pull the tongue along the perforation line (control of the first opening). The upper part of the closer comes off while the lower part remains on the bottleneck. The inner part is a cork, it can be reused.
It is the outer part of the closure. It might be painted in various colours, decorated with foil for hot stamping (hot stamping), in addition it is possible to cover the side of cap with a protective UV varnish.
Cap is responsible for sealed connection to the neck of the bottle. It can be painted in various colours.
